Talinum paniculatum – Jewels of Opar

Just the name makes you want to grow it! This is a lovely small evergreen subshrub from the Americas, with flowers followed by tiny jewel-like fruits.  The succulent leaves are a great edible, particularly in salads. Not frost tolerant.
