Crown gall is a bacterial plant disease that can affect a wide range of plant species, woody and herbaceous; several tree fruit species can get crown gall but it is most damaging on apples and various Prunus species – cherries, plums, nectarines and peaches. It also affects raspberries, blackberries, roses etc.
