Nut seed order form

Nut seed is now sold out for 2023. Please send your requests for 2024 using the form below.

Prices are £5.00 per pack of 10 seeds (Chestnut, Walnut) / 20 seeds (Hazelnut) of a single variety plus delivery. 
Larger Kg quantities are sometimes available.

Delivery charges per order: UK £1 per pack (min £5.00). We regret that The Brexit “agreement” makes it impossible for us to send nut seed to the EU.

All seed is sold as seed from a named mother tree. The pollinating tree for chestnuts and walnuts will be one of the other varieties listed (for hazelnuts it may be another fruiting variety or a wild hazel) , so seedlings from this seed will be genetically mixed but of likely high fruiting quality.

Sweet chestnut seed is sent as fresh (perishable) and should be eaten or sown immediately. Hazelnut and walnut seed will have been surface dried, if growing trees from this it should be stratified for 16 weeks.
